Lexus call on EMO to generate showroom traffic

Lexus Division and the EMO Experiential team have had great success with dealer-focused event activity, particularly in getting customers close to their award-winning hybrid-drive technology. Knowing our ability to turn around network-wide initiatives quickly to react to market and business needs, Lexus asked EMO for an event programme to deliver a regular stream of prospects for Centres to engage with face-to-face.

The Lexus 'Private View' initiative comprised a centrally managed process inviting carefully selected customers to an exclusive event at their local Lexus Centre. Centres were also provided with all the necessary event support collateral, from temporary window decals to under-vehicle lighting which added theatre and created a "sense of event".

Centre feedback was hugely positive with many citing the initiative as one of the most successful weekend events they'd participated in. Cost per sale figures provided to Lexus Division are so compelling that the event programme is now a key part of the marketing plan.
